1. The dead body of 5-year-old Central Florida boy was tragically found by authorities early Thanksgiving at around 12:30 a.m. in a pond near his Lake Nona home off Moss Park Road after missing for more than 12 hours. Neighbors said they are trying to help the family through this tragedy. (WFTV)

2. A new Filipino restaurant in Orlando called Kaya aims to bring casual fine dining to the masses. Owners said it is fine dining "because of the attention to detail and the intention" of sourcing ingredients and quality service. The restaurant is now in soft-opening. (Click Orlando)

3. Winter Park's Orlando Avenue Popeye's has closed permanently at S. Orlando Ave. and W. Fairbanks Ave. The fast-food giant was credited with helping to build the "chicken strip" in the area. The closure is reflective of a growing shift in the food options in Winter Park. (Orlando Weekly)

4. ICE! has returned to Gaylord Palms Resort and is running from now through Jan. 1, 2023. The theme this year is inspired by Dr. Seuss' "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." The event will display ice sculptures of The Grinch, his dog Max, and the residents of Who-ville. (Spectrum News 13)

5. The Orlando Magic spent their Thanksgiving morning volunteering in Central Florida with the Coalition for the Homeless and served about 500 people there, spreading holiday cheer. Orlando Magic's Head Coach Jamahl Mosley sponsored the breakfast. (WESH)
