Here are the top five stories in Orlando today:

1. Brightline will no longer have a station at Disney Springs as part of its 320-mile high-speed train service from Miami to Orlando to Tampa, officials said in a statement Tuesday. "In addition to the airport, one new station will be located at the Orange County Convention Center and an alternative station will be placed near the original Disney Springs site, albeit not on land owned by Disney." Ben Porritt, Brightline SVP of corporate affairs, said in a statement. (Click Orlando)

2. Orlando police on Monday released footage showing the moments leading up to a shooting outside an Olive Garden restaurant in May. Sebastian Sepulveda Roman, 19, shot himself outside the restaurant on Conroy Road on May 28, according to police. (Click Orlando)

3. A lawsuit accusing a wealthy Winter Park family, including J. Powell Brown of Brown and Brown Insurance, of negligence in the death of one of their son's friends after a Memorial Day party gone wrong, has been uncovered by local outlet, WFTV. Investigators have referred the case to prosecutors for possible criminal charges. (WFTV)

4. Central Florida pastor, Enginio Dali Muniz-Colon, is accused of exposing himself at a Starbucks in Kissimmee at 1041 W. Osceola Parkway. Muniz-Colon reportedly had similar charges that occurred at the same location in the past. Anyone with information related to this case or any other similar incidents is asked to call the sheriff's office. (Fox 35)

5. Six months after Orlando City Council approved the rezoning and master plan for the $1 billion RoseArts District, Miami-based Westside Capital Group is moving the project forward by submitting more detailed development plans for the first phase. It would feature 1,594 dwelling units, with 160 being affordable and income-restricted. (GrowthSpotter)
