1. Mask debate continues: The Brevard County School Board will meet Tuesday to discuss its mask mandate due to pressure from the Florida Department of Education to drop the mandate and a new rule by the Florida Department of Health. (Click Orlando)

2. Disney has announced that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, a new indoor roller coaster, will open next year at Epcot. It is part of a major project at Epcot. (Spectrum News 13)

3. Fast-food workers with the Service Employees International Union are planning a one-day strike and a protest outside a McDonald’s on International Drive to push for a higher minimum wage now, citing rising costs. Florida will not reach $15 an hour until 2026. Voters approved a $15 minimum wage phased in over six years, and it just went up to $10 an hour. (WMFE)

4. Frank Billingsley has announced his retirement from government after a long career. Billingsley served Orlando for over 30 years including as the mayor's Chief of Staff for over 10 years. (Bungalower)

5. The automat-style Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is set to open a location in Orlando. Once a popular concept around the nation, the Orlando location is one of several coming to the Sunshine State. No opening date is set. (Orlando Weekly)
