Here are the top five stories in Orlando today:

1. A city of Orlando staffer was suspended amid an investigation into allegations that the employee blocked access to a women's health clinic in a city-owned vehicle earlier this month, city officials announced on Thursday. The investigation is still underway. (Click Orlando)

2. Discount airline Frontier Airlines is no longer providing non-stop service from Kansas City to Orlando, which was set to restart seasonally in November. Frontier's Orlando route from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport also has been cut. (Subscription: Orlando Business Journal)

3. An Orange County judge is allowing former NFL running back Zac Stacy, accused of attacking his ex-girlfriend during an incident caught on camera, to return to Florida to see his child. The exchange of the child must be done at a law enforcement agency. (Fox 35)

4. State Senator Randolph Bracy wants to address Orange County's affordable housing crisis by taxing all real estate purchased from out-of-state buyers. He brought the plan to Orange County commissioners this month. Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings is skeptical of the plan. (Orlando Weekly)

5. The $1.6 billion Wekiva Parkway was approved for construction nearly two decades ago and is pushing its completion into 2023 after delays and issues along the way. The Department of Transportation expects to spend $12 million on parkway landscaping. (Subscription: Orlando Sentinel)
