1. SeaWorld Orlando's Ice Breaker roller coaster will open in February 2022 after delays. It will send riders up a 93-foot-tall spike that sits at a beyond-vertical angle of 100 degrees. (Orlando Weekly)

2. An off-duty Edgewater police officer was arrested Sunday in New Smyrna Beach on allegations that he punched a man outside a restaurant. The police report states the off-duty officer made advances on a woman, who told him she was married and not interested in him. (Click Orlando)
3. The FDA on Monday granted full approval to the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for people ages 16 and older. It is expected to open the door to more vaccine mandates and boost public confidence. (WESH)
4. Perla’s Pizza has reopened in Ivanhoe Village under a new name called Ziggie's Pizza after the original owners parted ways. It is currently open from 5 p.m. to midnight on Saturday and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays. (Bungalower)
5. Carnival Cruise Lines says starting August 28th, cruise guests over the age of 12 will now need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they have a medical condition that does not allow them to be vaccinated. Guests must provide proof of age or medical exemption at the time of check. That includes Florida. (Spectrum News 13)
