MegaCon Orlando Wraps Up Fun, Fan-Filled Weekend With Record Crowds

More than 140,000 fans shattered attendance records and celebrated a weekend of all things fandom at MEGACON Orlando 2022. The Southeast's most sought-after fan convention brought a star-studded celebrity lineup, cosplay encounters, endless programming and more to the Orange County Convention Center on Thursday, May 19 to Sunday, May 22, 2022.

MEGACON Orlando’s exciting 2022 celebrity appearances included: Brendan Fraser, Nathan Fillion, Lord of the Rings Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, Mandalorian and Breaking Bad’s Giancarlo Esposito, Cobra Kai’s Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Martin Kove, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, WWE Superstars Undertaker™, Alexa Bliss™, Bella Twins, Adam Scherr, Kevin Ownes, Star Wars Clone Wars Ashley Eckstein and more.

Iconic comic creator Frank Miller, whose work includes Daredevil, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: Year One, Sin City, 300 and more, screened his documentary “Frank Miller - American Genius” at MEGACON Orlando 2022, which made its first Florida debut at the show. VIP fans had access to preferred seating at the film screening, a signed poster, and a meet and greet with Miller and Film Director Silenn Thomas.
