1. Orange County will have a one-hour emergency meeting to discuss a mandate for face masks in schools on Monday, August 23rd and a possible lawsuit against the state of Florida over the ban on mask policies with legal counsel. The district has already logged more than 1,000 cases and quarantines among students and teachers in the first two weeks of school. (WMFE)

2. Disney announced this week that FASTPASS, FastPass+ and Disney MaxPass are being retired and will be replaced with Disney Genie at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. Passes can be purchased for an extra fee. (WESH)

3. Domu Lab is launching a eight-seat rotating chef's table with a concept called Camille. Chef Tung Phan will be at the helm. Diners can enjoy a seven-course prix fixe menu with a French-Vietnamese focus. (Orlando Weekly)

4. Rent in Orlando has risen 18.8% since the start of the year, according to research by Brian Alford, CoStar Group’s director of market analytics for Central and West Florida.
