Here are the top 5 stories happening around Orlando:
1. Hundreds marched in downtown Orlando outside Orlando City Hall on Saturday after the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. This was the second week of marches in support of a “free Palestine”. Members of the local Colombian community and Black Lives Matter showed up in solidarity with the movement in Orlando. (Orlando Sentinel)

2. A new Orlando concert series called the Plug will launch in June featuring local pop musicians and Latin music stars from Puerto Rico that have worked with Luis Fonsi and Beyoncé. The event will kick off in downtown Orlando on June 3rd. (Orlando Weekly)
3. Orange County schools are offering COVID-19 vaccines to younger students with events planned throughout the summer as the district plans to review mask rules next month. (Click Orlando)
4. A farm in Parramore is supplying healthy food at an affordable cost to residents. People can receive 10-pound bags of produce at an affordable price and the farm can give out up to 500 pounds per month. (Spectrum News 13)
5. The Orange County Department of Health has issued a health advisory for mosquito-borne diseases. Chickens in Orange County have tested positive for Eastern Equine Encephalitis which raises human risk for infection. (WMFE)
