New Summer Menu Items At Disney Springs Restaurants

There is plenty to try this summer when visiting Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida.

ORLANDO, FL – With summer upon us and Florida already sweltering hot, a number of popular Disney Springs restaurants in Orlando have launched their new summer menus including The Edison, Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway and Pizza Ponte.

Here’s some of what’s new for summer 2025:

  • The Edison at Disney Springs offers guests a lavish, 1920s-themed restaurant, bar and entertainment destination with creative twists on American comfort foods as well as handcrafted cocktails. Summer menu items at The Edison include Pulled Pork Handpies featuring slow roasted pork, cheddar cheese, flakey pie dough, and cilantro-garlic aioli ($17); Chicken & Waffles with buttermilk-battered chicken breasts, crispy buttered Belgian waffle and cherry pepper maple syrup ($32); St. Louis Ribs: Apple-braised ribs, Carolina gold sauce, house cabbage slaw, and L.   • Maria & Enzo’s & Enzo’s Hideaway at Disney Springs are both offering new items. Maria and Enzo’s is an Italian trattoria set in a 1930s airline terminal with Sicilian-inspired food fare, handmade pastas, and an inviting dining room, while Enzo’s Hideaway is located in a rum runner tunnel beneath and offers a speakeasy experience with Prohibition-era cocktails and Roman-style dishes. New menu items include Burrata Caprese with tomatoes, basil pesto, sea salt and ciabatta crostini ($19); Salumi E Formaggi (new cheese- 24-month Parmigiano-reggiano) featuring prosciutto di parma, mortadella, salame calabrese piccante, 24-month Parmigiano-reggiano, gorgonzola dolce, moliterno, marinated olives, local honey, and grissini bread sticks. Serves two people. ($36); Salmone Alla Griglia with parmigiano potatoes, roasted baby carrots, green beans and salsa verde ($36). Reservations available on OpenTable.
  • Pizza Ponte at Disney Springs serves the biggest and most authentic pizza on Walt Disney World property and is a quick-service option offering its signature Pizza al Taglio, Sicilian-style pizza by the slice, as well as house-basked sweets and more. New menu additions include Il Gladiatore: tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto cotto, Italian sausage, pepperoni ($8.95); Cannolis including traditional, chocolate, and black and white ($8 each); Tiramisù: Mascarpone crème, espresso lady finger cookies and cocoa powder ($8). 1560 E Buena Vista Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.
