1. The Dolly Llama, a waffle and ice cream destination based out of Los Angeles, will celebrate its grand opening and further expansion in Florida with its upcoming opening in Central Florida's Winter Garden on Jan. 7, 2023. Incoming Congressman Maxwell Frost of Central Florida said he will donate campaign money from disgraced cryptocurrency CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, after the FTX founder was recently arrested for allegedly violating campaign finance laws. 3. Orange County Library System is celebrating a century of operation or 100 years of operation starting Jan. 7, 2023. The celebration will feature a rededication ceremony, photo retrospective, music performances, mocktails, and more. (Bungalower)

4. The Orlando Magic are finally on a winning streak, winning 4 games in a row for the first time since 2020. The Magic (9-20) beat the Hawks 135-124 on Wednesday night. In addition, Orlando scored a franchise-record of 50 points in the first quarter. (WFTV)

5. Travelers are being warned that disruptions by officials could come this week as Orlando International Airport (MCO) runs low on fuel. Authorities said weather along the Gulf Coast impacted the shipment of fuel to one of the busiest airports in Florida. (WPTV)
