1. 32-year-old Chelsea Alston is accused of battering a police officer during a drunken incident on a motorized suitcase at Orlando International airport, according to authorities. Alston is among several dozen passengers who have been arrested at Orlando International Airport during the COVID-19 pandemic for unruly or violent behavior. Alston has pleaded not guilty. 2. The City of Winter Park has been working to underground overhead power lines since 2005 when it first acquired the local electric utility and is now speeding up the process. The city will be undergrounding all service lines to homes while crews are already working in the neighborhood, with the money coming from a rate increase on power. (Bungalower)

3. A federal judge has again postponed the sentencing of former Seminole County Tax Collector Joel Micah Greenberg, who is said to be cooperating in criminal investigations. Greenberg pleaded guilty last May to child sex trafficking and other crimes. (WMFE)

4. An Orlando man is facing 13 charges after deputies accused him of trying to hit an officer with a black Ford Mustang Saturday morning on I-4 in Lakeland, a Polk County Sheriff's Office news release said. The long list of charges against the accused include false imprisonment, possession of cocaine, fleeing to elude, burglary, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting a law enforcement officer without violence, reckless driving, DUI, knowingly driving with a suspended driver's license, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation and Orange County warrant. 5. A National Day Without Immigrants rally was held at Lake Eola in Downtown Orlando on Monday. People gathered at the park said many of their friends and family are essential workers and farmworkers. More than 80 workers made headlines when some local leaders on social media inaccurately claimed they are in Central Florida illegally. (WESH)
