Here are the top stories today in Orlando:
1. City of Orlando Police Chief Orlando Rolón said on Monday there were several shootings over the weekend in Orlando including a downtown Orlando shooting on Halloween. A 16-year-old was shot after what the chief calls a social media feud with another teen. Another person involved shot the victim and 3 innocent bystanders. Police are asking the public for help gathering more information. (WESH)

2. Florida Virtual School has opened full-time enrollment options for the spring semester through November 12th for grades K-12. Students have access to more than 190 courses tuition-free for Florida residents. Courses are taught by state-certified teachers. (ABC Action News)
3. Orlando City Commissioner Robert Stuart is in a tough battle with Nicolette Springer to hold his seat representing Orlando’s north side. Stuart is seeking reelection to a fifth term and is an ally of the Orlando business community. The office and election are both nonpartisan. (Florida Politics)
4. Convenience: The Seminole County Tax Collector's Office opened up a kiosk last week at a Publix in Altamonte Springs, joining Polk, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Brevard counties in offering the service to residents. The kiosk allows you to renew your registration and print out a license plate sticker. More kiosks are coming soon. (Click Orlando)
5. Travel Woes: After a weekend filled with thousands of cancellations, American Airlines canceled hundreds of flights on Monday as well. They blamed the cancellations on weather and staffing. (WFTV)
