1. No shots were fired on Saturday afternoon at The Florida Mall, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Local outlets had reported people fleeing the mall after possible gunshots were reported. Police suspect what was actually heard were fireworks. (WFTV)

2. Juju by Susuru is holding its soft opening in August 2022. The new restaurant's name refers to the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound made by grilling meats, according to a news release. It is located at 700 Maguire Blvd. (Click Orlando)

3. A new Osceola County Schools program will help the district track when students are getting and off school buses in what the district says is an effort to keep kids safe. Any changes to a child’s bus route mapped out by the program must be approved by school leaders or the office of transportation. (WMFE)

4. An 18-year-old was killed Saturday morning just before 6 a.m. in east Orange County when a car ran him over after he hit his head in the road, the Florida Highway Patrol said. 5. Doshi, a new contemporary Korean restaurant, is having a soft opening on July 27 in the Whole Foods plaza in Winter Park. It was created from Doshibox, the Korean box concept by Gene Kim and chef-cohorts Ray and Mike Gillette. (Orlando Weekly)
