Person Lying On Railroad Tracks Killed By Train In Florida: Police
An unidentified person was lying on the tracks when a train hit them early Sunday in Osceola County, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

KISSIMMEE, FL — A person was killed in Florida when a train hit them early Sunday as they were lying on the tracks, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred just after 3:15 a.m. between East Carroll Street and East Donegan Avenue in Kissimmee, according to authorities.
The person's head was on the tracks when the train hit them, but it is not clear if they were asleep at the time, police said. Neither of the two people on the train, the engineer and conductor, were injured.

The body was taken to the Osceola County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the identity of the victim.
