1. The Orlando Museum of Art has canceled plans to expand into a downtown luxury apartment tower. Its marketing directory says it is "pursuing other downtown location opportunities." 2. City of Orlando is looking to test out a ghost kitchen program which would give local businesses clear development guidelines for the growing concept. The concepts focus on selling food for delivery and occasionally on-site pickup. The city hopes to use the program to develop land development and municipal codes. (WFTV)

3. The Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida has filed paperwork to postpone the launch of its new downtown campus in Ivanhoe Village. Due to labor shortages and increasing costs the price of the development has risen by nearly $10 million to $40 million. The postponement is meant to give them more time to raise money. (Bungalower)

4. SeaWorld Orlando has increased the height requirement for its new Ice Breaker coaster to 54 inches from 48 inches. The theme park shared, "We are experiencing some operational issues with smaller riders, and so out of an abundance of caution, we raised the height requirement from 48 inches to 54 inches for the time being as we work with the manufacturer and safety professionals to make adjustments." (Spectrum News 13)

5. Oviedo residents may soon have to pay a mandatory fee to cover the costs of their local fire department. Oviedo Mayor Megan Sladek said the fire department has been severely underfunded for years.
