1. Lakeland-based Publix has joined Total Wine and other stores across the nation in a ban on Russian goods. Publix owns more than 300 liquor stores in the Southeast. In addition, Winn-Dixie, Fresco y Más and Harveys grocery stores have pledged to donate 100 percent of the proceeds made from the sale of its private-label Ukrainian vodka for the next 31 days to relief efforts in Ukraine. 2. Roughly one month after he died in police custody, Isaiah Payne's final moments have been released to the public by Orlando police. On Friday, Orlando police released body camera video of officers arresting Payne during a trespassing call on February 1. Shortly after officers get Payne into handcuffs, Payne can be heard on the video saying, "help me," and begins to breathe abnormally. (Click Orlando)

3. Police say a man deliberately struck his girlfriend and her children with their family car at a gas station in DeLand. 29-year-old Nicholas Shaw is facing three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and neglect of a child. (WESH)

4. The annual Apopka International Jazz Festival comes back for another year on Saturday, March 19. It will include performances by Jeffrey Osborne, Hiroshima, Nestor Torres, and Dee Lucas. Tickets are available now. (Orlando Weekly)

5. Crews are getting ready right now for the Special Olympics USA Games in Central Florida at Walt Disney World on Sunday, June 5. It will be a celebration of the biggest games ever, with more than 5,000 athletes in 19 different sports. It was originally founded in 1972. (WFTV)
