2. Olympia High School students have elected their first transgender student to homecoming court and then queen. Evan Bialosuknia is grateful for the show of support from her friends and classmates who helped make it possible. (WESH)

3. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating after a SunRail train, a semi truck, and two cars crashed early Wednesday morning. No injuries were reported. (WFTV)

4. AAA says Florida drivers are experiencing the highest prices at the pump since 2014. The state average is $3.07 per gallon, after dropping three cents last week from a 2021 high of $3.10 per gallon. (St. Pete Patch)

5. Golf cart access to the road is expanding in Sanford after activism by local residents. More than 560 golf carts have been registered in Sanford since 2013. The city is hoping the expansion will help boost business. (Spectrum News 13)
