1. The owners of Orlando's ICON Park are attempting to dismiss the Free Fall negligence lawsuit filed against them by the family of 14-year-old victim Tyre Sampson, claiming that Orlando Slingshot leases the property. "ICON (Park) is just as liable as the other defendants,” Kim Wald, an attorney for the Sampson family, said. (WESH)

2. A TikTok user has gone viral for his humorous tour of Orlando using the SunRail train system. Jeddeo Paul, or @jeddeo1 on TikTok, is from Boston and was visiting his grandma in Orlando when he decided to take the train around the city and explore some local attractions. (Fox 35)

3. The owner and property manager of a Davenport RV park, Nathan Dykgraaf, has been charged with discriminating against a transgender woman, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Fair Housing Act prohibits housing providers from discriminating against tenants including on the basis of their gender identity. (WFTV)

4. Simply Cheese is opening in Winter Park at 2258 Aloma Avenue on Saturday, July 23 with a grand opening celebration from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The shop will feature over 60 different varieties of cheeses from around the world. (Bungalower)

5. Police are still seeking the people responsible for the death of 53-year-old John-John Villafane. The former $5,000 reward has now increased to $10,000 for anyone who has information about the fatal shooting that occurred Tuesday on I-4 between Osceola Parkway and State Road 528.
