1. The LGBTQ+ Center Orlando is seeking more participants for a study to potentially allow gay and bisexual men to become blood donors more easily. Those 18 to 39 years old are encouraged to get involved. (Click Orlando)

2. Florida has admitted the state cannot withhold salaries of superintendents who mandate masks in school districts after weeks of intense debate and increasing hospitalizations of children in the state. (Fox 13 Tampa Bay)

3. Universal Orlando has said it will begin requiring all team members to share their vaccination status with the company. The company says it will help ensure "strict health and safety protocols." (WESH)

4. Walt Disney World Imagineers announced on Friday that the new Space 220 restaurant at Epcot will be opening in mid-September. It will be part of the Walt Disney World Resort 50th Anniversary celebration.(Click Orlando)

5. A series of traffic cameras were put up without permission in Lake County and commissioners want them removed. The cameras were installed as part of a pilot program with the county sheriff's office, but the county commission was never consulted. (Orlando Weekly)
