1. Visit Orlando's annual Magical Dining restaurant month, is set to return on August 26 through October 2. The event features three-course prix-fixe meals for $40 per person at more than 120 participating restaurants. One dollar of every meal served will be donated to The Able Trust, which provides Floridians with disabilities opportunities for successful employment. (Bungalower)

2. The Volusia County Sheriff's Office Tuesday announced 10 arrests stemming from a drug trafficking organization led by a former Florida corrections officer. Christina Guess, 44, a former corrections officer, is believed to be the leader of a meth trafficking drug ring. (Click Orlando)

3. An investigation is underway after a dead person was found alongside a Marion County road. According to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the 15700 block of NW 41st Avenue in Reddick at 10:15 a.m. Monday. (WESH)

4. Orlando Police Chief Orlando Rolón amended his retirement date on Tuesday due to an accepted job offer, according to the City of Orlando. His new retirement date will be effective on Sunday, July 31. (Click Orlando)

5. The family of Sanford teenager Jermaine Jones has filed a lawsuit against the two men who allegedly attacked him while he drove through a subdivision. Attorneys for the family describe it as "the same sort of vigilante justice engaged in by neighbors against Ahmaud Arbery, the Georgia man who was shot and killed after being pursued as he jogged through their neighborhood."   • Residents at The Park at Napoli, a luxury apartment complex in Winter Park, say they are dealing with black mold, leaks, and bugs. The renter-led organization Orlando Tenant Power says they are working with a group of a couple dozen residents who want to see issues addressed. (WFTV)
  • Arsenal will soon wear a new black and gold away kit that was released on Monday, that was co-designed with Orlando activist Aston Mack. Mack received international attention in 2020 while wearing an Arsenal shirt at a local Black Lives Matter protest. (Bungalower)
  • City of Deltona has paid $45,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by its former interim City Manager, who sued the city when he said he did not receive a permanent role because he is Black. (Florida Politics)
