2. Seminole County football Coach Tyler Lampe, 33, lost his battle with cancer. He was diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma in January and was in and out of chemotherapy over several months. A Celebration of Life ceremony for Lampe is scheduled for Saturday, October 16th at 12 p.m. at Action Church. The community is invited to attend. (Click Orlando)
3. The Urban Think Foundation is hosting their 8th annual benefit concert for its children’s literacy program Page 15 on Friday, October 15th at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15 and 100% of the proceeds goes to support the cause. (Bungalower)
4. NXL World Cup of Paintball will visit Kissimmee from November 11th to November 14th of this year at Gaylord Palms Resort. A number of international teams will compete for Paintball World Cup Champion. (Osceola News Gazette)
