Here are the top stories in Orlando today:

1. A woman says the New Smyrna Beachfront condominium her husband owned for more than a decade is being sold without her approval, after the condo association board denied a transfer of property from her late husband’s name to hers after he died. Her attorney believes the woman is being retaliated against for suing over alterations done to common areas within the community. (WFTV)

2. Victim Identified: Police identified the woman shot and killed early Monday in Winter Garden as 37-year-old Bowonnna S. Rodger. No information about the shooter has been released at this time. (Click Orlando)

3. The City of Winter Park is hosting a job fair on Saturday, October 23rd from 9 a.m. to noon at the City Operations building. The city is looking to fill a number of positions in departments including parks and recreation, public works, and utilities. They request that candidates come ready to interview with resumes at the fair. (Bungalower)

4. 3 Central Florida restaurants were temporarily shut down for health code violations last week including Marco's Pizza in Davenport, Julita's Tacos in DeLand, and Dairy Queen of South Daytona. Orange County was the top spot for warnings and violations in Central Florida with 43 total. (Orlando Sentinel)

5. Looking ahead: The annual Central Florida Veg Fest is back this weekend at Orlando Festival Park on Saturday, October 23rd from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guests can enjoy vendors, non-profits, live music, and more. The event is free to attend, but parking will cost $5. (Bungalower)
