Pinellas County Property Appraisers Pam DuBov predicts a 3 percent rise in property values this year, TBO reports.
After years of declining property values, Palm Harbor homeowners might have more valuable properties in 2013.
Pam DuBov, Pinellas County Property appraiser has good news for Pinellas County property owners. She is predicting a 3 percent rise in property values this year, according to TBO.
If anything, that was a conservative estimate and the true increase may be higher, DuBov said Wednesday.

That will no doubt be good news for government officials, who have had to plan out city and county budgets even as the tax rolls collapsed around them.
Hillsborough County, according to TBO, is projecting similar growth.
