Child Injures Wrist After Fall from Second-Story Window, Authorities Say
The four-year-old girl was playing reportedly near a screened window when the screen came off and the child fell out the window, according to a news release.

While playing with her cousin in her bedroom Saturday afternoon, a Palm Harbor child was reportedly near a screened window. The screen fell off and the girl went out the window, according to a news release.
The four-year-old child's mother was downstairs in the kitchen and heard the girl's cry for help. The child was found in the Fox Chase Blvd. yard near a tree and she complained of an injured wrist, the report said.
The girl was airlifted to All Children's Hospital where she is recovering. The child was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries and for observation, the report said.

Pinellas County Sheriff's Office deputies assisted fire rescue personnel by establishing a landing zone for the Bay Flight helicopter. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m., according to a news release.
