Class Shopping Lists May Be Hard to Find

Headed out to buy school supplies this weekend and aren't sure just what to buy?

If your child attends school in Pinellas County, you can check here for the district's 2013-2014 School Supply List.

However, if your child attends school in Hillsborough or Pasco counties, you may have to do a little hunting.

There are a few ways to get your child's school supply lists in these counties.

Parents should first check their child's school website to see if school supply lists have been posted. If they aren't there, the parent should call the school directly, said Kristin Waskiewicz, a spokeswoman for the Hillsborough County School district.

A check of Hillsborough Schools websites did not reveal many school supply lists. Some Pasco schools also haven't posted their lists. 

Some schools also send out supply lists by mail, Waskiewicz said.

Still no luck?

Some local stores like Target and Walmart have school supply lists posted in their stores.
