Crash On U.S. 19 Kills 76-Year-Old Palm Harbor Man

PALM HARBOR, FL —A 76-year-old Palm Harbor man died Thursday after a crash at U.S. 19 and Beacon Groves Boulevard.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 8:26 p.m., the Palm Harbor man was driving north on U.S. 19 and an SUV driven by a 35-year-old Palm Harbor woman was headed south on U.S. 19 when the 76-year-old man turned onto Beach Groves Boulevard in the path of the SUV.

The 76-year-old man died at the scene. The woman in the SUV suffered minor injuries.
