Hudson Woman Killed While Trying To Cross U.S. 19 In Palm Harbor

PALM HARBOR, FL — A 36-year-old Hudson woman died after being hit by a car while crossing U.S. 19 Thursday.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 3:35 a.m., a 73-year-old Palm Harbor woman was driving north on U.S. 19 in the inside lane approaching Bilgore Grove Boulevard when the Hudson woman stepped into the path of her car.

The pedestrian died at the scene.
