Man Struck by Car, Killed on U.S. 19 in Palm Harbor
62-year-old Dany Ramos was attempting to cross U.S. 19 just north of Alderman Road when he was hit by a Lexus, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

A 62-year-old Tarpon Springs man died after he was struck by a car in Palm Harbor Wednesday night.
Dany Ramos was crossing U.S. 19 around 8:50 p.m. when he was struck by a 2002 Lexus ES 300 driven by a Holiday woman. Ramos was not in a crosswalk and was headed in the westbound direction just north of Alderman Road when he was hit, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.
The driver of the Lexus, 33-year-old Shelly Ann King, and her 9-year-old passenger were not hurt.
