The new pub, live music and entertainment venue serves gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and mac 'n' cheese dishes.
PALM HARBOR, FL — Palm Harbor residents seeking live music, craft beer and some comfort food with a twist need drive no further than The Crafty Brew, housed at the former Pint and Brew, 3261 Tampa Road.
Owners Steve and Lindy Robinson wanted to offer more than a place to eat and run.
Steve Robinson is a recently retired supervisory special agent from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and a U.S. Navy veteran.

He and his wife, Lindy, purchased The Crafty Brew-Palm Harbor about a year ago after moving back to the United States from Robinson's official assignment in Tel Aviv, Israel.
"We’ve traveled and lived extensively throughout the world and the U.S., but always had aspirations to own a bar, which came to fruition in 2021," Steve Robinson said.

Their goal was to provide a hangout where residents can relax, sip craft beer, enjoy live music and socialize with neighbors and friends while participating in trivia contests, a game of darts, board games and open mic and karaoke nights.
As an added temptation, the Robinsons put together a tempting menu featuring fancied-up comfort foods like gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches with American and cheddar cheese or Swiss with ham on locally made sour dough bread, and macaroni and cheese dishes like Pulled Pork on the Mac and Bacon and Tomato Mac.
The craft brew menu varies and features specialty brews made by local brewers, including 3 Daughters Brewing, Dunedin House of Beer, Motorworks Brewing, Cycle Brewing, Coppertail Brewing, Green Bench Brewing Co., Marker 48 Brewing, Escape Brewing Company, Brew Bus, Tampa Bay Brewing Company and Palm Harbor's own de Bine Brewing Company.
The Crafty Brew hosts open mic and karaoke nights every Saturday from 8 to 11 p.m., trivia nights on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and offers darts, board games and live music in between.
Closed Mondays, hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, 4 to 11 p.m. Wednesday, 4 to midnight Thursday and Friday, 2 to midnight Saturday and 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Residents are invited to a ribbon-cutting celebration Wednesday, March 23 from 5 to 7 p.m., hosted by the Palm Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce.
