A Palm Harbor man has been arrested by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office on charges of extortion.  Pasco Jail records show 24-year-old Thomas Alfonso, of 30 Liberty Way, was arrested Tuesday and had a $5,000 bond assessed.  According to a report by the <a href="http://www.tampabay.com/news/publicsafety/palm-harbor-man-accused-of-extortion-in-pasco-case/2108772" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Tampa Bay Times</a>, Alfonso, "tried to bilk another man of $20,000 for his influence in a court case." <blockquote> Alfonso began texting Trevor Campbell on March 7, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report. Campbell is facing charges of aggravated stalking. Alfonso's brother, Shannon Alfonso, is a witness for the prosecution in that case.
