• Gary Ramsey, 31, 12:090 a.m., driving while license restricted or revoked, released on own recognizance. 
• Dylan Roundtree, 18, 6:59 p.m., three counts felony dealing in stolen property, three counts false verification of ownership, $45,000 bond.
