Passenger Seriously Injured When Car Crashes Into Tree
A passenger suffered serious injuries Thursday when the driver lost control of her car, crashed through a fence and hit a tree.
PALM HARBOR, FL — A passenger suffered serious injuries Thursday when the driver lost control of her car, crashed through a fence and hit a tree.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 4:17 p.m. a 42-year-old Holiday woman was driving north on Belcher Road south of Hawk Avenue when she lost control, left the road and collided with fences at 3932 and 3936 Kestrel Street. The car continued into the back yard of 3936 Kestrel Street where it crashed into a tree.
The passenger, a 35-year-old woman from Holiday, was hospitalized with serious injuries. The driver suffered minor injuries.
