Chapco Design Build to Add Amenities at Tallahassee BTR Community

Chapco Design Build, a full-service general contractor, announces it will build the amenities at The Cottages at Capital Circle, a 206-unit, build-to-rent (BTR) community in Tallahassee, Florida.
