Chapco Design Build, a full-service general contractor, announces it will build the amenities at The Cottages at Capital Circle, a 206-unit, build-to-rent (BTR) community in Tallahassee, Florida.

The amenity package includes a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center and swimming pool. Sidewalks and streetlights add peace of mind to this gated community, while the dog park presents a safe environment for pets to stretch their legs.

"We're proud to be selected as the general contractor for the amenity package at The Cottages at Capital Circle," said Jay Kiger, president of Chapco Design Build. "Our team is focused on delivering this project on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on durability, functionality and long-term value for both residents and the investor.”

Developed by Jim Chapman Construction Group, The Cottages at Capital Circle is a BTR community located at the intersection of Capital Circle and Woodville Highway in Tallahassee, Florida. Spanning 30 acres, the community will offer 206 newly constructed attached townhomes featuring two to three bedrooms, modern finishes, one- or two-car garages and covered porches. Homes range from 1,020 to 1,439 square feet, providing thoughtfully designed, low-maintenance living options for today’s renters.

In addition to high-quality homes, the community will include a professionally constructed amenity center, built by Chapco Design Build. Strategically located near shopping, dining and employment centers, The Cottages at Capital Circle blends comfort, convenience and lifestyle-focused amenities to meet growing demand for rental housing in the Tallahassee market.
