Fischer Homes, the nation’s 31st largest home builder, proudly announces the promotion of Jason Finch to President of its newly established South Region, which includes the growing Panama City Beach market. This marks Finch’s third promotion within the company, reflecting his exceptional leadership, team-building skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.

In his new role, Finch oversees Fischer Homes’ homebuilding operations across several key Southeast markets, including Panama City Beach, Atlanta, Louisville, Northern Kentucky and Raleigh. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Fischer Homes as it continues to expand in Northwest Florida with strong buyer demand and community growth.

“Panama City Beach is an exciting part of our strategic growth, and we’re proud to have Jason Finch leading the way,” said Tim McMahon, CEO of Fischer Homes. “Jason has consistently delivered outstanding results and exemplifies the kind of leadership that drives our culture forward. We are confident that his vision and experience will fuel continued success in this vibrant coastal market and across the South.”

Fischer Homes recently celebrated the grand openings of two decorated model homes—The Wilmington in April and The Ivy in June—at Salt Grass at Ward Creek, a master-planned community developed by The St. Joe Company. Located just minutes from the beach, outdoor recreation and top-rated schools, Salt Grass at Ward Creek offers the builder’s Designer Collection of homes priced from the low $400,000s.

“It’s an honor to lead our South Region and continue building momentum in Panama City Beach,” said Finch. “This market has so much to offer, from natural beauty to thriving local communities. Our team is focused on delivering not only beautiful homes but exceptional experiences for our homeowners.”

Finch joined Fischer Homes in 2013 as Sales Manager for the Lifestyle Division and quickly rose through the ranks. In 2015, he was promoted to Division Manager and then again in 2019 to Market President of the Northern Kentucky Division. Under his leadership, the division earned “Division of the Year” honors in 2018, 2019 and 2023. This recognition underscores record-setting performance in volume, customer satisfaction, and earnings.

With more than two decades of experience in residential construction and home sales, Finch began his career in outside sales before joining Centex Homes. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, a foundation contributing to his people-first approach to leadership and business development.

Finch enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their four children outside the office. His dedication to personal and professional growth mirrors Fischer Homes’ emphasis on strong leadership and a collaborative culture.
