Holsombake and Davis lead the All Bay County Football teams released Tuesday (wjhg.com) — High school football fans in Panama City can celebrate big local honors as Mosley quarterback JP Holsombake and Bay High’s TJ Davis headline the All Bay County Football First Team. Holsombake earned Offensive Player of the Year, Davis took Defensive Player of the Year, and Mosley’s Tomm Joe Whiddon was named Coach of the Year, with full team lists attached.
