The store is owned and operated by U.S. Navy veteran Paul Sanders and his wife, Jocelyn Sanders, who invested in the franchise to continue serving their community while bringing something fun, exciting and delicious to the area.

Graze Craze charcuterie offerings are hand-crafted daily by a highly trained expert known as a Grazologist™. The grazing boards, boxes and more all feature an assortment of fine ingredients, like crisp fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, house-made jams and more. Paul retired from a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter pilot and now works for the U.S. Special Operations Command as an information technology specialist. Jocelyn is a licensed mental health therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma and PTSD and has 20 years’ background in management and sales. Together, the couple is thrilled to embark on a new journey that will allow them to express their passion and creativity through designing beautiful food arrangements to help locals celebrate life’s special moments.

Graze Craze charcuterie boards are available in several different size options to cater to any occasion, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a large party.
