Extorting Nude Photos From Minor Leads to 19-Year-Old's Arrest: Police

PINELLAS PARK, FL — A 19-year-old Pinellas Park man has been charged with extortion and four counts of possession of child pornography after police said he coerced a juvenile into sending him nude photos on SnapChat.

Pinellas Park police arrested Vincent Anthony Vagianow Jr. of the 8400 block of 58th Street North Feb. 24 around 2 p.m. following an investigation that began in July.

Police were alerted that Vagianow coerced a youth into sending nude images and the threatened to distribute the photo to family members if the victim didn't send more, according to a police report.
