The housing market has certainly seen better days, but Sandcastle Realty specializes in real estate sales, vacation rentals and property management. Vice President of Sandcastle Realty, Matt Workman says that the company’s success can be attributed to the trustworthy service.

Sandcastle Realty is a family owned and operated business, with over 15 years of experience on the beaches.

Matt Workman and his mother, Judy Washek started the company back in the early 90’s after relocating to Florida from Ohio. “Our dream was to leave our small town and move to Florida,” said Workman.

Workman and Washek pursued their dream and made it a reality when they opened the doors of Sandcastle Realty in April of 1994. They sold the family’s music business in Ohio and grew from there.

Being a small and local business is a plus, according to Workman. “When you call our office and talk to one of us, you’re talking to an owner of the company,” said Workman. He says that at Sandcastle Realty, each case is handled with care and honesty.
