Director Of Radiology Opens House Cleaning Service With Daughters

The Grandstaff family of Seminole has launched Home Clean Heroes of North Pinellas.

SEMINOLE, FL — For Tim Grandstaff, caring for the community’s well-being and health has always been his passion, which is one of the many reasons he’s bringing Home Clean Heroes, the 30-plus-unit residential cleaning franchise, to the Tampa and Clearwater communities. For nearly two decades, Tim has worked in radiology and currently works at Medical Center of Trinity as director of imaging services.

He's now excited to add business owner to his resume with the support and help from his three daughters. His daughter, Emily, played a major role in the investment process and will take over as office manager after graduation from the University of South Florida in December. His youngest daughter, Savannah, will serve as the assistant manager while his middle daughter Hillary will help with marketing and branding strategies.

While Grandstaff loves his job at the hospital, he knew he always wanted to start a family business where he could create a legacy for his three daughters. As a local resident, he understands the culture of the community and supports ventures that improve his and the community’s quality of life. But what he couldn’t find was a reliable and sustainable cleaning business.

Grandstaff eventually found Home Clean Heroes, a residential cleaning franchise that supports local first responders with every home they clean. He is also looking forward to business ownership with this brand in particular because it will allow him to keep his current job while bringing more job opportunities and services to the area.

“I picked Home Clean Heroes because I really liked how innovative the company is,” said Grandstaff. “Our community needed a service like this, but I’m most excited about being able to help people with the business. The service we provide gives families their time back so they can focus on being together rather than cleaning. The more time I save them, the more time they get with loved ones.”

Home Clean Heroes saw tremendous revenue growth in 2022 and has increased its customer base by nearly 50 percent year over year. The brand has now expanded to over 30 units across six states. Grandstaff is the second owner to bring the franchise to the Tampa market.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Grandstaff family to the Home Clean Heroes family,” said President Joe Delatte. “Tim’s leadership and business acumen will make him an excellent addition to the brand, and teamed up with our existing operation in the Tampa Bay area, we’re looking forward to supporting him and his daughters in their success.”
