Police: Man Threatened Woman With Gun

A St. Petersburg man is accused of threatening to kill himself and a woman with a gun, according to Treasure Island Police.

Matthew Warren Beller, 46, was arrested April 28 on the charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felony battery/domestic and felon in possession of a firearm. All three counts are felony charges.

According to a Pinellas County Sheriff's report, Beller threatened the victim with a Grendel P10 .380 pistol.

Beller is awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail. Bail is set at $60,000 for all three charges.
