Only on the Beach: Sunsets in the Sand

It is a well known fact that the beaches on the west coast of central Florida are some of the most spectacular in the country. White sand and crystal clear water make the Pinellas beaches a must-see destination. Wild dolphins can be seen at any given time while recreational activities like jet-skiing and skim boarding are constantly growing in popularity.

One thing that all of the above have in common is that they all take place under the sun. When the sun sets, there is not better view than from the sandy beaches of Pinellas county. Locals and tourists watch the sun melt into the Gulf of Mexico on a daily basis. Crowds are drawn to the site and once it has disappeared from sight, a round of applause goes up without hesitation.
