Only on the Beach: Three Stories of Fun in the Sun
Located on St. Pete Beach, the TradeWinds Action Zone offers some unique and fun-filled activities for all ages.
The TradeWinds Island Resort on St. Pete Beach is headquarters to a slew of tropical hotels, including the Sandpiper and the Island Grand. As a reputable resort, the TradeWinds has activities to boot, depending on the season. Since swimsuit weather started a few weeks back, locals are coming out of hibernation to celebrate the sun.
The High Tide Slide is three stories high and 200 ft. long. Kids of all ages (adults too) can enjoy the slide with single rides priced at $4 each or an all day pass for $32. Children must be at least 42" tall to right the High Tide Slide. The slide is located on the beach behind the TradeWinds.
For a combination of bungee jumping and trampoline hopping, check out the TradeWinds' Island Grand. The venue is host to two Bungee Trampolines. Single tokens are available with night time and weekend rides now in season. The cost is $8 per five minute ride.
