Patch Minute: Mad Beach Car Show and More This Weekend

From the Mad Beach Premium Car Show to a Rays Watch Party on the beach, we have something for everyone this weekend.

On the Beaches

The Mad Beach Premium Car Show will feature classic and custom cars, trucks and more on Madeira Beach on Saturday. The free event is from 2 - 7 p.m. The show is sponsored by SIK Productions and includes food, vendors, a DJ spinning oldies, and entertainment for everyone.

The St. Pete Beach Aquatic Center's Dive-In Movies are back every Friday night until August 9. Tonight, families can swim and float at the pool during a screening of Despicable Me. Gates open at 8 p.m. with the movie starting after sunset. Admission is just $4 per person.

Spend your Sunday afternoon at a Tampa Bay Rays Watch Party at Guy Harvey Outpost: A Tradewinds Resort at 2:10 p.m. June 23. Admission is free. Parking is $10 on site and there will be food and buckets of beer available for purchase. Coolers are not allowed. 

North Pinellas

Friday, June 21, marks the third Friday of the month, which means its time for the "3rd Friday Music Series" in Safety Harbor. Listen to headliner Jim Lanier play, browse local shops and vendors and experience the ever-popular music festival right on Main Street. 

Dunedin's second annual Duck Derby is on Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. There will be food, games, activities for the whole family and the main event, the duck race, takes place at 12:30 p.m.
