Pinellas Beaches Jail Bookings: March 25-31

The following report shows charges associated with residents arrested by Treasure Island Police and Indian Shores Police and booked at Pinellas County Jail.

Octavio Mosqueda, 23, of Pinellas Park, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with failure to appear for DUI, no valid driver's license, failure to appear for no valid driver's license, providing a false name or ID to a law enforcement officer, and a hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He was being held on $1,400 bond and awaiting trial.

Joseph Patrick Smith, 54, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with trespassing to a structure/conveyance after a warning, a misdemeanor. He was released March 27 after time served.

Zackary Adam Zander, 18, of Clearwater, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with resisting arrest without violence, possession of Oxycodone, and possession of Alprazolam. He was released on his own recognizance.

March 28

Patricia Anne Goins, 65, of Belleair, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with misdemeanor DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.

Paul Dawson Herrington, 51, of Plant City, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released March 30 after posting $1,000 bond.

William R. Demonia, 44, of Brookpark, OH, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting $300 bond.

March 31

Guadalupa Lara, 32, of Clearwater, was arrested by Indian Shores Police and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, DUI, resisting arrest without violence and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. He was released after posting $1,150 bond.

Leigh Melissa Gray, 34, of Pinellas Park, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with failure to appear for petit theft, possession of Clonzepam and failure to appear for driving while license suspended/revoked. She was being held on bonds totaling $7,026 and awaiting trial.

Michael B. Martinson, 23, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Treasure Island Police and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia to inhale, etc. He was released on his own recognizance.
