Summer Teas at John's Pass

The Spice & Tea Exchange is not only aromatic, but inspiring as well. For more than five years, owner Lisa Coleman has been helping foodies and tea lovers hand pick the perfect tea, spice, seasoning, rub, sugar and more.

For tea lovers looking to cool off this summer, associate Sean Bell, shares his recomendations for the perfect ice tea.

Bell recommends:

• Blueberry Black - for a kick
• Mango Green - for something fruity
• Marrakesh Mint - for something fresh

Bell says if you plan on preparing one cup at a time, you'll want to use one teaspoon of tea. If you'd like to make a large amount, you can pick up a Flash Chill Tea Maker for $27.95 at the shop. Bell says it's a quick seller and it's easy to use, even for those new to tea.
