Treasure Island Fire Rescue Offers Free Child Seat Inspections

TREASURE ISLAND, FL — Treasure Island Fire Rescue's top priority is safety. This includes the safety of children.

Child seats add a layer of protection while you drive. However, you do not get full protection until the seat is properly installed.

Treasure Island Fire Rescue is offering free child seat inspections through a nationally certified child passenger safety technician. The technicians will take the time to install your seat correctly for you while explaining the proper use of the child safety seat and why correct installation is so very important. This will ensure the best possible protection the safety seat can offer in the event of an accident.
