Vice President Biden To Campaign In Sarasota

Vice President Joe Biden will visit Sarasota on Wednesday to campaign at a grassroots event.

Details of the event and location have not been released yet. However, Biden will also be in Ocala for another event at 3:10 p.m. the same day.

"While campaigning in Florida, Vice President Biden will lay out the vision he and the President share to create an economy that’s built to last versus going back to the same, failed top-down policies that crashed our economy," the Obama For America campaign released in a statement.

Sarasota appears to be the key place for candidates to visit. Gov. Mitt Romney visited Sarasota on Sept. 20 at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art.
