ZEN Massage & Yoga Celebrates 10 Years In Indian Rocks Beach

"I had enough money to pay the first month's rent, one massage table, two sets of sheets, one bottle of lotion and a whole lot of faith."

INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, FL — Calm came to Indian Rocks Beach a decade ago when Hope Wyant established ZEN in its current location at 14th Avenue and Gulf Boulevard on Dec. 13, 2011. Over the decade since, she has expanded the space to include yoga classes, acupuncture, various workshops and a retail area in addition to the massage therapy offerings.

Looking back 10 years, Wyant remembers her opening day, saying, “I had enough money to pay the first month’s rent, one massage table, two sets of sheets, one bottle of lotion and a whole lot of faith.”

Several years and several clients later, ZEN Massage & Yoga has become a multi-award winner, earning the MINDBODY Visionary Award in 2018 and this year. Additionally, ZEN took the Gold for Best Yoga Studio and Bronze for Best Massage in the Tampa Bay Times Best of the Best 2021.
