• Brevard man, 23, indicted for first-degree murder in girlfriend's death (floridatoday.com) — A Port St. John woman was fatally shot during an argument, and her 23-year-old boyfriend has now been indicted on a first-degree murder charge. Investigators say he fired an AR-style pistol multiple times before fleeing to a relative’s Port St. John home, where he was arrested and the gun was recovered. He remains jailed without bond.
