It's a Prince! Florida Favorite for Baby Name?

It's a boy! George is the odds-on favorites for royal names, with the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton's first child – a son.

But how about Jayden or Jacob or Ethan for the name of the little lad? They were the most popular names for newborn boys in Florida in 2012.

The world is watching and guessing the name of the newborn, whose birth was announced by Buckingham Palace on Monday. The littlest prince is third in line to the throne. 

In anticipation of the royal birth, Patch decided to look at the popular names in Florida for babies. The names listed here – both boys and girls – are from 2012 and based on filings through the Social Security Administration.
